Overview

RELAY Skill Exchange is a community platform operated by Relay Santa Fe that connects people who want to share skills with people who want to learn them. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By signing in, you confirm that the email address you provide is yours and that you are authorized to use it.

Your Content

You are responsible for all content you post, including teach offers, learn requests, and profile information. By submitting content, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Relay Santa Fe a non-exclusive license to display it on this platform.

Ticketed Events and Fees

When a teach offer is promoted to a ticketed event, Relay Santa Fe retains 30% of gross ticket revenue. This covers the space, amenities, and all payment processing fees. You receive 70% of gross ticket revenue. Relay Santa Fe reserves a limited number of timeslots each month for both free and paid offerings.

At this time we only support skill exchanges that take place at Relay Santa Fe, located at 2873 All Trades Rd, Studio B, Santa Fe NM 87507.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory. You agree not to use the platform to spam other members or to submit content unrelated to skill sharing. Relay Santa Fe reserves the right to hide, remove, or moderate any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Relay Santa Fe does not guarantee that sessions posted here will occur, that any particular number of attendees will enroll, or that the platform will be available without interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
